Security Token Development (ERC-3643, ERC-1400, ERC-7943)

Issue equity, debt and fund units as tokens that only eligible investors can hold — with the controls regulators expect: identity checks on every transfer, freezes, forced transfers, recovery and a full audit trail.

Overview

What we deliver

A security token is not just an ERC-20 with a whitelist. Regulators, transfer agents and auditors expect an issuer to know who holds the security at all times, to block transfers that break offering rules, to recover tokens if a wallet is lost and to comply with court orders. Permissioned token standards were created for exactly this.

NUVZ implements ERC-3643 (the T-REX protocol with ONCHAINID), the ERC-1400 family, ERC-1404 and the newer ERC-7943 uRWA interface, and we can add compliance controls to ERC-1155 or Hedera tokens where those fit the asset better.

Capabilities

Everything the platform needs

Identity-gated transfers

On-chain identity registries and claim checks so tokens can only move between verified, eligible wallets.

Modular compliance rules

Country restrictions, investor caps, holding periods, max balances and lock-ups as pluggable modules.

Issuer & agent controls

Mint, burn, pause, freeze (full or partial), forced transfer and wallet recovery with role-based access.

Partitions & tranches

Separate classes, vesting tranches or lock-up partitions using ERC-1410-style partitions or ERC-1155 IDs.

Corporate actions

Dividends, coupons, redemptions, splits and votes executed against an always-current cap table.

Document management

Prospectus, term sheet and disclosures linked on-chain with version hashes (ERC-1643 pattern).

How we work

From workshop to live platform

A delivery approach refined across tokenization programmes for property, credit, energy, carbon and banking.

Discovery & structuring

A workshop with your legal, finance and product leads to define the asset, the investor rights, the jurisdictions and what success looks like.

Token & compliance design

We choose the token standard, chain, identity model and transfer rules, then document the architecture and smart-contract specification.

Agile build & integration

Two-week sprints with demos. Smart contracts, investor and admin portals, wallets, KYC, payments and core-system integrations.

Testing & security review

Unit, integration and scenario tests, internal review, and an independent smart-contract audit before anything touches mainnet.

Launch & operate

Pilot, go-live and ongoing support: monitoring, upgrades, new asset onboarding and reporting for regulators and investors.

For most new regulated issuances on EVM chains, ERC-3643 is the default because it is a finalised ERC with a large ecosystem. ERC-1400 is still used where partitions are central. ERC-7943 is a lightweight interface for interoperability. Our comparison guide explains the trade-offs.

Only where every counterparty is eligible. Permissioned tokens reject transfers to unverified wallets, so they trade on permissioned venues, ATS/MTF platforms or DeFi pools that integrate the identity checks.

Yes — permissioned standards include agent-controlled recovery and forced transfers, executed after the investor re-verifies their identity.

No. We integrate regulated KYC/AML providers and turn their results into on-chain claims the token checks. This keeps personal data off-chain.
